I grew up in Germany, where I was introduced to herbal medicine from a young age. My fascination with natural health deepened during my teenage years while helping in my aunt’s compounding pharmacy. These early experiences sparked a lifelong interest in holistic healing.

Years later, faced with fertility challenges and undergoing IVF treatment, I turned to herbal medicine for support. This integrative approach contributed to two healthy pregnancies and reinforced my belief in the power of natural therapies.

Motherhood further strengthened my commitment to health and wellbeing. I became passionate about nourishing my family with wholesome food and witnessed firsthand the profound impact nutrition can have on energy, immunity, and resilience. This passion soon evolved into a purpose. Driven to help others and inspired to give my children the healthiest start in life, I pursued formal studies in nutrition and naturopathy. I felt particularly drawn to naturopathy’s core philosophy—treating the root cause of illness rather than simply managing symptoms.

I have a special interest in supporting women through perimenopause—a time of hormonal and physical change that can feel confusing and overwhelming without the right guidance. Having been through perimenopause myself, I understand how it can affect energy, mood, sleep, weight, and overall wellbeing.

My own journey also highlighted the importance of bone health during this stage of life. I was diagnosed with osteopenia (lower-than-optimal bone density) and have since been actively working to rebuild my bone strength through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle strategies. This experience has driven my passion to support other women to protect their bones early, rather than waiting until issues arise later on.

I now work closely with women to help strengthen bone density, regulate hormones, and support long-term metabolic and emotional health using an evidence-informed, holistic approach.

My intention is to help you feel more connected to your body, more informed, and more confident in managing this transition. With the right support, perimenopause can become a deeply empowering phase—one of strength, clarity, and renewed vitality.

Outside of practicing, I enjoy walking my dog Trixie, going to the gym for strength training, practicing yoga and Pilates, reading, and traveling around Australia and overseas. I also enjoy cooking and love making healthy, nutritious meals and treats for my family and friends.
